Fabian left Argentina and moved to Amsterdam when he was 29. Homesickness gets to all that leave home. Fabian is often missing the large family gatherings under the shade of the giant almond tree next to his grandmother’s house. The almond soap of Het Amsterdamse Zeephuis reminds him of Grandma Teresa’s freshly baked almond cookies.
